Everyone at Adenzo shares a commitment to make sure that your expectations are exceeded with your goods you purchase and the service you receive. These are our conditions of sale and you should read them carefully as they apply to your order. We ask you to review your order and accept these terms and conditions of sale during the payment process.

  • When you order goods from us a contract will be formed when you receive a copy of your email order confirmation. If your order is placed over telephone, a contract will be formed once you receive an order confirmation.

Description of products and services

All products available for purchase are described on their specific product page on our website. We always try to represent as accurately as possible every characteristic of the products via photography and copy points provided by designers, suppliers or manufacturers.

We reserve the right to change any services, product prices, product specifications and availability at any time. All prices and descriptions supersede all previous publications.

We do our best efforts to provide you with the best images and description, but unfortunately cannot guarantee that colours and details in website images are 100% accurate representations of the product, and sizes might in some cases be approximate.

For our Leather products we offer a free sample service. We recommend that you request a sample before purchasing to gain a better understanding for the colour, feel and quality. Even if not always mentioned, some self-assembly may be required on certain products.

Stock availability information on the website is the latest updated record but may not be totally current and does not guarantee that stock is available. Delivery dates and stock due in dates do not form part of any contract with us and we cannot be held liable for any losses whether direct or indirect if your order is delayed or not delivered by any dates that may have been given by us.

All products carry a first year manufacture’s guarantee. However, this does not cover accidental damage or misuse of the item. If the product is taken outside of the UK it will invalidate the warranty.

Purchase of Products

All prices are in pounds sterling (£), and are payable in pounds sterling (£) and include VAT and Delivery. Orders are placed and received via the Internet and telephone. They are processed by Adenzo Ltd.

Before ordering from us, it is your responsibility to check and determine your full ability to receive the products. This includes ensuring that the product ordered will pass freely into your room of choice, and that they fit in that room, can be transported through the front door of your flat or room, stairs and doorways, and any other issues that could make the delivery more complicated or impossible to process. Up-to-date mobile telephone number and e-mail address are absolutely necessary to ensure successful delivery of your item.

All goods are subject to availability. If for any reason beyond our control we are unable to supply any goods then you will be offered a full refund or, if available and acceptable to you, substitute goods of equivalent quality and price.

All information asked on the checkout page must be filled in precisely and accurately. We will not be responsible for missed delivery because of wrong delivery address or an inappropriate phone number. All additional charges or costs due to delivery complications or missed delivery would thus be added to your order invoice.

Cancellations & Changes to your Order

You have the possibility to cancel your order any time before the order has been dispatched from our UK warehouse. We would then refund you the amount paid for the product except possible handling and logistic costs. Cancellations made after that time will need to be made at the time of delivery, via a refusal of delivery and you will be liable for collection costs (see below). If you would like to change the delivery address, or change a phone number or any other special requirements, please contact us. Any change to the order contract will have to be approved by Adenzo before any confirmation. We would then advise you if this can be done and what would be the changes and possible additional costs.

Once you have received confirmation of your order, changes can only be made by contacting our online service team by e-mail at info@adenzo.co.uk or phone on 0115 945 5558. Changes made to your order after the original confirmation must be made within 7 days (or 3 days for made to Order Items). This will result in a new approximate time frame for delivery. We will give you an indication of the new approximate time frame once we have confirmed your changes.

Payment

Your debit or credit card is charged for the whole amount of the order when the order is created. Adenzo uses one of the most powerful security systems on the Internet to protect all significant data related to payment.

The sale will be submitted for processing as soon as you click on the "confirm" button. You will then receive an email from us to confirm the sale, and expected average delivery date.

We may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of refusing or by reason of unwinding? or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.

We are dedicated to providing you with the best quality products at the best affordable price, and we’re sure you’ll be delighted with your products. However if for any reason you are not, please follow the following instructions for returning items.

If for any reason you info@adenzo.co.uk with the order reference number, a quick explanation of the reason why you wish to return the product, and any detail you consider important. We usually answer emails within 2 working days. Our customer service team will then contact you to organise a collection and explain all the necessary procedures.

How to proceed to a return?

Please open and check your order the day of receiving it and inform us of any transit damage problems immediately. All items and parts of items must be checked for any damage prior to assembly. It is your right and responsibility to check that your delivered products have arrived in perfect condition, before signing the delivery form.

If the delivered item does not fit your order, is damaged or incorrectly supplied, please contact us as soon as possible to arrange a refund or replacement. Adenzo must be notified of damages within 24 hours of delivery. We will ask you to send us a photo of the damage for our records and to assist us in taking appropriate action. We will require you to return the item with care, as it might be necessary to return it to the manufacturer. Please include your customer order details with the package, as these are necessary for processing a return. Once received, the items will be checked and one of our customer service team will contact you to advise you of the possible replacement or refund.

Concerning unwanted goods, if you change your mind for any reason and you wish to return your purchase you must notify us within 7 days of receipt by contacting our Customer Service team by sending an email to info@adenzo.co.uk Unwanted items must be returned in a fully resalable condition, which includes being in the original, unmarked and undamaged packaging. Items must not have been used or assembled in any way. Adenzo retains the right to refuse a refund on any item not deemed resalable due to being used or damaged by return. Your refund will be processed as soon as possible and in any event within no more than 28 days of the day you have given us notice of cancellation.

If you fail to make the goods available to us for collection within 28 days of cancellation then you will be deemed to have re-ordered the goods at the price you originally paid for them. We will only make a refund using the same method of payment originally used by you to pay for your purchase. Once you have contacted us, we will arrange collection with our courier team and they will notify you of a proposed collection date shortly after.

Made to Order Items

Selected upholstery items are made-to-order. These goods are produced only upon the request and confirmation of your order. All goods noted as made-to-order on our website are subject to a cancellation charge of, but no more than 30% of the price of the goods as it is unlikely we will be able to sell those goods on at full price. This will be deducted from any refund due to you.

PROMOTION CODE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Promotional codes and offers cannot be used on sale items. Promotions apply to full priced items only, can be used once only and are not valid in conjunction with any other offer. Products and promotions are subject to availability, delivery times and where applicable, production times. Adenzo reserves the right to reject any application. All orders are subject to acceptance under Adenzo's full terms and conditions

Gerneral

We will not be responsible for any delay in complying or failure to comply with our obligations under these conditions of sale if that delay or failure is due to any circumstances outside our reasonable control including without limitation fire, flood, acts of terrorism or where we are let down by a supplier.

  • These conditions of sale are in addition to, and do not affect, your statutory rights as a consumer. They are the only terms and conditions that are applicable to your order.
  • You may not transfer your rights under the contract between us to any third party without Adenzo’s prior written consent.
  • If any term of these conditions of sale is determined by any competent authority to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable to any extent, then such term will be severed from the remaining terms which will continue to be valid to the fullest extent permitted by law.
  • If you do not comply with these conditions of sale and we take no action in respect of that non-compliance, our right to take action in the same or a similar situation in the future will not be affected.

  • These Conditions of Sale and any contract formed in accordance with clause 1 of those Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with English Law and will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
